We have taken many vacations as a family and all of them have been in the United States. Our favorites are Disney, both in Florida and California, Niagara Falls and the east coast. I’ll have additional thoughts on those.

I’ll provide you with more than just my experiences. I get lots of stuff from my readers, from other authors, and from all over so you will find out a lot about vacationing in these United States. I’ll leave the trips abroad to others.

The Hunter

The Hunter is known for his power to tame pets which will battle for him. The Tame Beast ability appears following completing some Hunter quests at level 10.

When you finally tame a beast you’ll be able to summon him any time you please. Additionally you can leave your pet at a stable, which will generally be located outside of the Inn and near Hunter trainers, while you tame another.

You may have two pets in your stable with one at your side and you can then change pets for different occasions, The pets recently attained their own personal talent tree making them much more powerful compared to what they were before.

The Hunter, in most cases, can still do much more damage than his pet. He primarily fires shots and stings at a distance. He also has great slowing abilities to keep enemies away from him such as traps, and slowing shots.

He is a versatile damage dealer which should be moved around a lot. Killing is still something he is very good at with no class as good as the Hunter.

The Hunter can Feign Death. I like to compare that to playing possum. This saves him in many scenarios from being killed, which ultimately saves him a lot of gold in the long run. The Hunter does have various other expenses that the other classes do not have such as requiring ammunition as well as food for their pet.

Rift seems to be making it’s mark and Star Wars: the Republic is being touted by some as being the next huge mmorpg game. I don’t doubt this since Star Wars is so popular. Pre orders for this game are looking promising.

Some mmorpgs are starting to offer new players chances to get into the action at no cost in hopes of luring them. WOW used to offer a 30 day free trial but now offers you their starter version and you can play up to level 20.

I don’t know about you but I’m anxious to see what the world of mmorpg brings in the near future.

I just started a new MMORPG Game Site so that I can concentrate more on these games and bring you the information you need. It’s in it’s infancy so there are not many articles there yet, but I have started adding some help to those of you playing World of Warcraft.

I’ll also be setting up a section there in the future where you can add some of your own tips or even pictures and updates of your gaming experience.

Instance leveling has taken World of Warcraft by storm, and no one who is leveling a character can afford to miss out on instant leveling.  People are always asking how to level quickly in World of Warcraft.  Instances are definitely the answer, thanks to the dungeon finder.

How do you do instance leveling?  It’s easy. Just click on the “Looking for Group” button on the bottom of your interface.  It looks like a large green eye.  This will bring up the dungeon finder, and from there it’s just a matter of choosing which one you want to run.

Level Instances: Random or Specific

One of the first things you will notice when using the dungeon finder is that you can choose either random dungeons or to queue up for a specific one.  In most cases you will want to choose the random dungeon option.  This is because running random instances earns you an extra bag of goodies at the end of the run and some bonus experience.  Of course usually the items in the bag of goodies won’t be worth much to you because the same few items keep appearing in those bags, depending on your level.

However, enchanters will love that bag because it does give them another item to disenchant and get some enchanting materials from.  Other players can vendor these items, so it also provides a little bit of extra gold.

Occasionally it will be a good idea to choose specific level instances because you may have been running random instances all day and one specific dungeon that you have all the quests for just doesn’t come up.  It’s definitely worth it to queue for that specific dungeon because getting several quests done all at once will probably get you an extra level or two of experience.

How to Level: Instances for Everyone

Another thing you will notice when using the dungeon finder is that you have to select a role for your group.  If your class can’t even be a healer, then that option will be grayed out, and it’s the same with the tank option.  It’s very important to choose a role accurately because nothing is more annoying than landing in an instance with a tank who doesn’t know how to tank.

It can be very tempting to choose the tank role because there’s little or no wait for tanks when it comes to queuing up for an instance, but some players just shouldn’t tank.  It will be very clear to you early on whether you will make a good tank for the long run.

DPS classes will definitely want to make good use of their down time while queued in the dungeon finder.  For some levels, the wait for a DPS to get into an instance can be 20 minutes or more.  The best way to make the most of your leveling time while you wait is to complete some quests in the meantime.

The directions in your Quest Journal are very precise. Read some of the forums on WOW and you see many questions asked over and over again that can be easily found and answered in your journal.

Since I already play Rift, I haven’t checked out the free trial offer and whether you can actually download it in a reasonable time. Before I signed on to World of Warcraft I tried to download the free trial but after minimal progress after 8 hours I gave it up.

It would be interesting if anyone does download the Rift free trial and leaves a comment to let readers know how much time is involved.

Of course we all know there is a huge following for Star Wars. So I would imagine these people would be interested in at least checking out the game.

Basically Star Wars: The Old Republic takes place more than 3,500 years before the rise of Darth Vader.

Again it will be subscription based and I’m figuring it will be just as hard to figure out as other MMO games so a good guide will most likely be needed, but I’m looking forward to the release. I’ll keep you informed on it when I know more.
